



My name is Wayne Mounts.
My journey in healthcare facilities management spans over 25 years, leading teams and systems that keep hospitals running safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance. In 2019, my work became personal when my wife Elizabeth was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. At the time, I was serving as Senior Vice President of Facilities Management at one of the premier hospitals in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Under my leadership, we passed our Joint Commission Environment of Care audit with zero findings and achieved full CMMS certification to open a brand-new hospital facility. I know what it takes to stay Joint Commission compliant—not just on paper, but in the real, day-to-day work of keeping people safe.
I’ve made a career out of listening: to residents, to staff, and to the buildings themselves. That attention is what sets me apart. No one brings the blend of technical expertise, regulatory precision, and human understanding that I do.
